Hernán Ramírez Alfaro

Hernán serves as GreenTico’s Strategic Partnerships & Community Relations Manager. With more than 30 years of experience in public service, community engagement, and rural development, he brings deep expertise in building strategic alliances across local communities, public institutions, and grassroots organizations. Throughout his career, he has played a pioneering role in strengthening community-based tourism, environmental education, and local sustainability initiatives in Costa Rica. His long-standing relationships and leadership help GreenTico build programs rooted in trust, collaboration, and meaningful local partnership.
