Mónica Ramírez Azofeifa

Mónica is a co-founder of GreenTico. Born and raised in a rural community of San José, she developed a passion for education and community well-being from an early age. After completing her primary and secondary education at Colegio Humboldt, she earned her Bachelor’s and Licentiate degrees in Early Childhood Education from the University of Costa Rica. Currently teaching in the public education system of Hamburg, Germany, Mónica focuses on holistic child development and active family involvement. With her deep understanding of school programs and institutional needs, she plays a key role in designing and presenting educational experiences to potential partners. She combines her expertise as an educator with strong skills in logistics coordination, ensuring that every visitor’s experience is seamlessly organized and enriching
